Responsibilities

- Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
- Handle and restrain animals during treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary facility
- Provide basic animal care including feeding, bathing, and exercising
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals
- Administer medications as directed by the veterinarian
- Assist with laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests

Experience

- Knowledge of animal behavior, anatomy, and husbandry
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
- Experience in animal restraint techniques
- Previous work in a veterinary setting or kennel is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
