Immediate opening(s), must be available to work 20- 38hrs/week, M-F 8-5:30pm.

Seeking one or more dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a passion for animal care and be able to master the skills necessary to the position. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our veterinarians in providing top-notch care to our furry patients.

Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and kennel area
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
- Handle and restrain animals during treatments
- Administer medications as directed by the veterinarian
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals
- Answer phones, make appointments, basic keyboarding and data entry

Expectations:
- Prior veterinary assistant experience is a plus but is not required
- Consistent and reliable work history with positive references
- Experience in animal husbandry is a plus, but again is not required
