A well-rounded veterinary practice in Baldwin, New York is seeking a

Veterinarian

to join a collaborative team. This position offers the chance to provide care for a variety of companion and farm animals, combining medicine, surgery, diagnostics, and client education in a supportive environment. The role is ideal for a clinician eager to expand their skills, contribute to high-quality patient care, and work alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care for a variety of animal patients Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment plans Educate clients on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care Conduct routine wellness exams and administer vaccinations Perform or assist with surgical procedures and dental care Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff Maintain accurate medical records and follow best practices for patient care

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) Licensed to practice in New York and passed the NAVLE Skilled in small animal and/or large animal care, including routine surgery Strong communicator and team-oriented professional
