We are seeking

motivated, high-energy instructors

to lead our Versa Climb classes. Whether you're experienced in group fitness or new to coaching, if you are goal-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value professional development, this is an opportunity to join a team that rewards effort and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging, rhythm-based Versa Climb classes that challenge and motivate clients Create a supportive, inclusive, and professional studio environment for clients of all levels Deliver clear coaching, technical instruction, and real-time feedback Build relationships with clients and foster community engagement Collaborate with front desk and studio management to ensure a seamless client experience Contribute to studio growth by supporting membership initiatives and client retention Maintain studio standards for cleanliness, organization, and professionalism

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence in leading a room and motivating groups Passion for health, fitness, and client success Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth and performance-based earning potential Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends (minimum 4 hours/week) Prior group fitness or coaching experience is a plus, but not required--training is provided*

up to $45/hour based on experience and performance
