The Discovery role at Roy\'s Westside Auto Body carefully takes apart damaged vehicles. The vehicle arrives with varying damage from things like deer, hail, trees, other cars, mailboxes, racoons, walls, garages, .... you get the idea. and each vehicle needs to have its damaged parts removed and new parts installed and ordered. This role spends a lot of time carefully making sure all damaged parts get ordered and the vehicle is set up for success throughout the rest of the process of body, paint, and assembly. Good candidates are individuals who would like consistent work for a long time and are hoping to grow in a company. You should have a desire to work with your hands and stay on task all day. We work with lots of other people in the building and so getting along with others is a must. Experience is the industry is not required but certainly appreciated. Mostly we are just looking for good people. We can train you to take cars apart but we cannot train you to be a good human with decent work-ethic and morals so we will be looking for those things.
