Now seeking part-time production help with baked goods for our ice cream shop!
The ideal candidate is food handler certified and has some commercial kitchen/food production/baking or pastry experience, and also has a critical eye and a passion for consistency, cleanliness and perfection. A passion for creating vegan baked goods is helpful!
Job duties include:
Prepping and making vegan baked goods, add-ins for our ice creams, sauces, cookies, brownies, etc. All recipes are from scratch and must be meticulously followed.
Working efficiently through a full daily task list, in a consistent and timely manner.
Washing dishes, cleaning counters, sweeping, etc.
Occasionally lifting 50 lbs of product, and working on your feet all day.
Anticipating daily and weekly needs, multitasking, asking questions, being flexible in your day.
Early morning hours and shifts (roughly 8:00 am - 3:00 pm) -- Schedule can be slightly flexible after training is complete. We offer competitive wages, a fun team environment, and paid time off. Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 - 26 per week
