Title: VDC/BIM Project Manager

Position: Exempt, Full-time

Location: Phoenix, AZ



Description

We're seeking a results-driven VDC/BIM Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, drive client satisfaction, and ensure exceptional project performance from start to finish. This role combines strong leadership, precise project management, and technical expertise to deliver profitable, high-quality results.



Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Manage all phases of projects--planning, execution, and closeout--delivering on-time and on-budget. Monitor profitability and performance metrics, making adjustments to achieve targets. Lead and mentor project teams for alignment and productivity. Oversee BIM execution, model coordination, and quality control. Maintain proficiency in Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).



Qualifications
5+ years of VDC or related project management experience. Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction and strong financial results. Proficiency in Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, and ACC. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. PMP, CM-BIM, or similar certification preferred.



Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and use technology (e.g., computers, video conferencing tools) for extended periods of time. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing as needed for site inspections. Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather. Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and conditions as required by the site. Must be comfortable working in construction site environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Flexibility to work various schedules and longer hours, when necessary, with little or no notice. Must be able to read documents, use a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. Mobility required within both office and construction site environments. Potential travel to client sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols and exposure to various environmental conditions, including weather and uneven terrain. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
