Position Summary



Provides leadership and direction to Division VDC teams within the region, overseeing administration, growth, and workflow.


Position Details




Oversees and manages Managers/Leads and VDC Field Techs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and team productivity. Identifies and addresses performance inefficiencies, issues, and risks; implements strategies to improve overall performance. Leads communication efforts among VDC Field Tech team members, resolving concerns and ensuring company procedures are up to date. Assigns and updates scheduled tasks weekly, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintains and enforces quality control standards across all projects, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. Coaches, mentors, and develops staff members, providing opportunities for professional growth and delegating work to keep team members engaged. Manages procurement processes, coordinates with equipment vendors, and oversees rental equipment; stays updated with emerging technologies and promotes their adoption.

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred 8-10 years of related experience, including one year lead experience Solid leadership skills: Ability to build, manage, coach and lead a team Solid verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization (leadership/executives and other stakeholders). Understanding of project workflows and planning in design and construction environment Solid knowledge of organizational readiness & Implementation. Possesses expertise in the supported business function(s). Deep understanding of relevant technologies, technical principles, processes, and broad knowledge of related disciplines. Working knowledge of engineering, fabrication, and construction processes. Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
