Minimum Qualifications:

+ CPR/AED Certification required
+ First Aid Certification preferred
+ CAP Certification Preferred
+ Substantial Football coaching experience at the high school level, Head Varsity Coaching Experience preferred
+ Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Football
+ Ability to effectively build a Football program, and development of the athletes as Football players
+ Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy

Essential Functions:

+ Plan, organize and facilitate practices
+ Oversee and manage a coaching staff
+ Oversee and manage competitions
+ Assist participants in developing Football skills
+ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
+ Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
+ Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
