High School Diploma/GED. Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks as well as post offer drug screen. Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Documents all service activities in a complete accurate and timely manner according to requirements of regulatory bodies and Westbrook policy. Maintains daily logs and records. Transports clients in an agency vehicle to and from services Monitors client safety needs including physical, medical, behavioral and psychiatric. Maintains vehicles in a safe operating condition Works to ensure a safe environment for staff, consumers and associates by following Westbrook's safety policies. Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
