We are seeking a responsible, courteous, and safety-conscious
Van Driver
to transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, events, and other approved destinations. The driver plays a key role in ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and punctuality while representing the organization in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents using a company-provided van.
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, including those with mobility challenges.
Follow scheduled routes and maintain accurate transport logs.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures.
Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of all residents.

Requirements:
Valid [State] driver's license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience transporting seniors or individuals with special needs is preferred.
Ability to assist passengers with wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids.
