Good Shepherd, Inc. a senior living community in Mason City, is looking for a caring and responsible Van Driver to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals. The Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social outings, and other scheduled activities. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to ensuring the comfort and safety of elderly passengers. The Van Driver reports to the Administrator.

Qualified candidates will have:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record CPR and First Aide certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist residents with mobility needs Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals in health care or social service setting (preferred)
