Job Title: Valet Supervisor (Weekend ONLY)

Job Summary

First Class Parking is looking for a reliable and professional Valet Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend operations. In this role, you'll lead our valet team to ensure exceptional guest service, safe vehicle handling, and smooth, organized operations. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and help maintain our standard of premium service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support valet attendants during weekend shifts Ensure guests are greeted courteously and assisted promptly Oversee parking and retrieval of vehicles with safety and efficiency Maintain organization of parking areas, keys, and ticket systems Train and motivate team members to uphold company standards Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Conduct vehicle inspections for damage before and after parking Communicate with management regarding staffing, incidents, and operations Ensure compliance with all safety, uniform, and company policies Step into any position when needed to maintain service flow
Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Previous supervisory or leadership experience REQUIRED Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-paced setting Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required Previous valet or hospitality experience required Must be available Friday-Sunday (overnight or late hours as needed) IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Weekend shifts: Friday-Sunday Must be available evenings, late nights, and holidays Competitive hourly pay Tips may be included based on location and shift
