Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services while managing the parking operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all vehicles are parked safely and promptly.

Duties

Greet guests with a friendly demeanor upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles. Drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, ensuring safe handling at all times. Provide valet parking services when necessary, demonstrating professionalism and care for each vehicle. Communicate effectively with guests to address any inquiries or concerns regarding parking services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Collaborate with dealership staff or retail teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Ability to drive different types of vehicles, including manual transmission cars. Strong communication skills, with bilingual abilities being a plus for effective guest interaction. A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record. Must be 18 years old A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred Ability to meet physical requirements such as lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
