Valet Professional



Are you ready to join the Merriman's team and be the first impression to our guests? We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Valet to provide exceptional guest service and a seamless parking experience for our guests.


Pay & Benefits:


Base Pay: $16 /hour + tips Medical, Dental, Vision, ST and LT Disability and Life Insurance available 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4. 50% Employee Discount (discount at other Merriman's Restaurants and Monkeypod) Daily family meal
Responsibilities:



Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles for guests Run to and from parking areas to ensure prompt service Organize and manage vehicle keys and parking tickets with precision Maintain a clean and safe parking area Handle guest inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism


Requirements:



Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Must be 25 years of age Ability to run quickly and maintain stamina throughout shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude Strong organizational skills to manage keys and tickets effectively Ability to work in various weather conditions Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of standard and automatic transmission and electric vehicles.
