Position: Valet Attendant



Directly Reports To: Security Director



Status: Hourly

Description

Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Provides valet parking services to safely and efficiently move guest automobiles to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting customers in a friendly manner Drives vehicle to a specific spot in valet parking lot, secure, and note the space the vehicle is parked on the valet tag and log. Return the tag and keys to valet key booth. Inspect and make note of any and all damages to the vehicle as well as any other relevant information. Answers to customers' inquiries regarding company activities and/or promotions Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Wear a uniform and groom appropriately Must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes Drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions. Must be comfortable driving vehicles of all sizes and types. Have a clean and valid Driver's License Have strong customer service skills Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and on your feet Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Be able to pass criminal background check in order to obtain a racing license.
