Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, offering assistance and directions to enhance their experience. Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions, ensuring proper parking and retrieval of vehicles within designated areas. Manage parking lot flow by guiding guests to available spaces efficiently and directing traffic to prevent congestion. Provide clear communication to guests regarding parking procedures, policies, and any special instructions. Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, demonstrating strong retail math and cash handling skills. Maintain a clean, organized parking lot environment by monitoring for hazards or obstructions and reporting issues promptly. Assist with delivery drivers or dealership staff as needed, supporting smooth vehicle movement and logistics. Use effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns. Support overall guest services initiatives by offering helpful information about the facility or local area when appropriate. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for guests, staff, and vehicles at all times.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with experience operating vehicles with manual transmissions preferred. Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail math is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members. Experience in driving or delivery roles, including dealership or delivery driver experience, is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse community effectively. Cash handling expertise combined with attention to detail ensures accurate transactions. Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods comfortably in outdoor conditions. Knowledge of parking regulations or similar environments is beneficial but not required.
