Job Description

Reports to the Security Manager. The Valet Attendant is responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of guest's vehicles with exceptional customer service.

Varied Shifts, Sunday - Saturday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following :


Parks and retrieves guest's vehicle that have request valet services Tickets vehicles and gives guest confirmation Ensures vehicles are checked for damage before parking Parks guest vehicles carefully in the designated valet parking area Helps with the transport of guest luggage or equipment Maintains all guest's vehicle keys in the Valet office and locked Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance Follows relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensures that passengers follow safety regulations Complete paperwork for each vehicle, legible, and timely manner Reports accidents or tickets to supervisor immediately Other related duties as assigned

AGE & LICENSES:

18 years of age or above


Nevada's Driver License


DMV Driving Record

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be an experienced Driver.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have clean driving record with no accident history and no moving violations in the past three years.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations. Requires the ability to understand and follow policies and standard operating procedures and be adept and proactive in problem solving. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
