While this role can be performed remotely, the travel industry is highly regulated. For this reason, we ask new team members to start in-store until they've developed the necessary skills and confidence to work independently.

Success in this role requires exceptional customer focus and attention to detail. As a Consultant, you will be pivotal in delivering expert travel advice and customized solutions, ensuring our clients experience seamless and unforgettable vacations.

Duties & Responsibilities

? Engage with clients to understand their travel dreams and create personalized vacation plans that exceed expectations.

? Build and grow a client base, leveraging leads from Expedia Group and strategic marketing efforts.

? Provide ongoing support and expert guidance, fostering long-term relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.

? Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

? Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction.

? Active in community networks, building trust and expanding reach.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and educate clients.

? Self-driven and entrepreneurial, able to work independently while thriving in a supportive team environment.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for managing client communications, itineraries, and reports.
