Overview

At Conservice, our mission is to manage our clients' utilities - and we're looking for people to investigate when bills go missing! Vacant Missing Bills Specialists ensure expected vacant bills are received in a timely manner and recover any that are missing. Your performance will help prevent costly late fees and potential disconnects. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to client satisfaction and creating a positive culture.

Responsibilities

Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes Confirm mailing addresses and account details Recover any missing vacant bills Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible
