Amazon Advertising is looking for a high-caliber tested design leader to create innovative experiences that streamline enterprise workflows, internally and externally, globally and at scale. In this role, you'll lead (and grow) a high-performing team of UX professionals-working collaboratively with user research, engineering, and product management through all aspects of the product development life-cycle.
This work has strategic significance and high leadership exposure. You'll have the opportunity to build new advertising solutions for business customers starting from product definition through design and delivery. Most importantly, you will have direct insights from customers, and impact the customer experience of advertisers, agencies and brand-owners globally.

Our ideal candidate is a pragmatic manager who can operate both tactically with high attention to details, as well as think big visualizing an experience in the abstract and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables (e.g. UI, IA, prototypes) with their team. Establishing a strong design process and efficiently and effectively managing project requests and resourcing is also critical to success.
