Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a UTV Windshield Manufacturing/Shipping Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient manufacturing and shipping of UTV windshields, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing equipment including CNC Routers, warehouse operations and a strong understanding of materials handling and shipping processes.

Duties

Operate industrial equipment, including a CNC Router, Box Cutter, Press Brake and other manufacturing equipment Assemble and package various high mix, low volume UTV windshield, ensuring adherence to quality specifications. Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments for delivery and verifying incoming materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with warehouse employees to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in manufacturing processes. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including cranes and forklifts, is highly desirable. Knowledge of materials handling practices and warehouse management systems is essential. Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including order picking using RF scanners. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: $21.49 - $25.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
