Helps keep community and surrounding areas in clean, orderly and well maintained condition by performing the following duties:

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Maintenance of outside grounds and parking areas which includes but is not limited to picking up litter and keeping walkways and driveways free of debris. Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. Assists housekeeping staff with heavy cleaning or moving of items. Picking up soiled linen and trash from housekeepers carts. Towing rolling trash bins to be emptied and compacted.
