Utility Worker

LOCATION: Berkeley Springs State Park

Pay Rate: $13/hr

DUTIES:

To perform as lead staff member organizing, ordering, and checking in-house laundry orders and service.

Function as the lead gift shop associate under the Gift Shop Manager. Ensure the Gift Shop is tidy, stocked and presentable. Make sales and restock/check inventory when needed.

Fills in at Front Desk to help with guest check ins, payments for services, and reservations in person and over the phone.

Assists in training new personnel.

Ensure any guest suggestions, complaints or concerns are heard, acknowledged and dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with any new or creative ideas that would pertain to enhancing the hospitality of Park operations.

Low to intermediate supervisory duties if required in the absence of Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager.

All other duties as assigned.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: None, except pertinent experience is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
