Employing 150-200+ employees we are a growing establishment with 7 location on Maui: 2 - locations on Front St., Lahaina, 1- Hyatt Regency, Kaanapali, 1- Kihei, 1- Kahului, 1- Paia and 1- Wailuku location(s) and Franchises in Kailua-Kona, Honolulu, Hollywood, CA with multiple franchises opening near you! Our goal is to make EVERY Ululani?s Hawaiian Shave Ice experience, a special one, creating a delicious memory for all customers that will last a lifetime. We are hiring 1 Full-Time warehouse/utilites/ice production for our shave ice shop located at Market Place 790 Front St., Lahaina, HI 96761 HI 96761. (Business Hours at this location are 11:00a-8:00p). Job description Our dedication to having the best product available is only part of our success. We also need to find the right team members. Interact with locals and tourists, gaining a competitive edge in tourism, customer service, and other opportunities to grow! Essential Duties ? Shave ice and pour syrups to company standard ? Uphold the values of exemplary guest service through the modeling of behavior and established guidelines ? Promote and sell brand merchandise ? Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food/product safety ? Conduct sales/take orders, process and maintain the security and integrity of all cashless transactions/cash tips ? Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Pay, Benefits & Perks BASE PAY?s starting range is $13 to $15 per hour depending on relevant experience. IN ADDITION to base pay ? Charge Tips range from $6 to $15 and then ADD cash tips to that! (Employees state this can range from $3 to $6 more per hour) ? SO total wages potential is GREATER than $18 to ? $28/hour!

Work Experience Requirements ? Previous experience in a customer service environment, as well as strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills are highly preferred ? Working knowledge of basic payment handling/processing, and/or math required. ? Neat and clean appearance required at all times. ?
