The Utilities Data Integration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of data across the Utilities Department's enterprise systems. This position focuses on entering, validating, and reconciling data between JDE Oracle and Cartegraph, eliminating duplicate entries, and supporting staff with accurate, real-time information. The Specialist will also assist with data analytics, reporting, and process improvements to maximize the organization's investment in both platforms. Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description.Additional compensation based on licensure.

Essential Functions

Perform accurate and timely data entry into JDE Oracle and Cartegraph.

Develop and maintain processes to reduce duplicate entry between systems.

Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making.

Work with IT and business teams to improve data workflows and system integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entry.

Train and support staff on best practices for data entry and system use.

Ensure compliance with organizational data standards.

Improve process efficiencies, ensuring data integrity, maintenance, reporting and documentation of all associated hardware and software.

Additional Duties




Performs other duties as assigned.


In the event of an emergency, all employees are considered essential personnel and may be required to perform alternate duties.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience in data entry and data validation (high speed and accuracy).

Experience with JDE, Oracle, Cartegraph, or similar to GIS system A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Additional Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.


The ability to work independently and take initiative.


Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies, as well as manage large sets of data


All employees must attend Seminole County required trainings.


Department specific training per position may be required.
