Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotions Build lasting relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service role preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
INCOME is based on individual salesperson's performance, with a very realistic POTENTIAL of $60,000.00 - $90,000 annually.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,593.00 - $99,760.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
