Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Senior Manager, Fleet Maintenance is a role within the Walmart Fleet Services team focusing on sustainable transportation, world class maintenance operations and will help lead Walmart's fleet of the future. The role is based in Bentonville, AR. This position reports to the Director, Transportation Maintenance and will require up to 25% travel.
What you'll bring...
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Industrial Engineering or related field
2-5 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, automated manufacturing, or related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively - confidence, credibility, and concise, organized thoughts
The ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently
Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of project activity
Defining vision and strategies for alternate fuel vehicle technologies using internal and external requirements, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
Leading in design and development of progressing alternate fuel vehicle technologies
Establishing, influencing, and managing high-visibility key supplier relationships

Transportation and Logistics Industry Experience - Class 8 Vehicles, Maintenance, Design
Experience with Overall Equipment Efficiency, Total Productive Maintenance or Total Cost of Ownership
Data analytics (Power BI/Tableau) and dashboard creation experience
Fleet regulatory compliance experience
Program/Project management experience
Manufacturing Industry Experience - Operational leadership and root cause analysis
Lean and Six Sigma Experience - data driven, value stream analysis and improvement
Passion about continuous improvement, operational excellence and zero loss
