The JPMorgan Private Bank Client Center is a meeting facility designed to welcome clients and other guests into a private and sophisticated environment. As the Client Center Management Team our primary role is to create a first class experience. By providing exceptional service with the utmost attention to detail we ensure that all client needs are met to encourage a warm and comforting environment. The New York Client Center is comprised of 36 private meeting rooms accommodating varying event sizes. In this space we are welcoming clients into our home as part of the J.P. Morgan family.

Job Responsibilities:

This role will assist with the daily operations of the New York Client Center (390 Madison). Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Greet clients as they enter the center and provide excellent service
  • Oversee meeting room reservations via Event Management System (EMS)
  • Liaise with internal and external partners such as catering, security, audio visual team, events team and facility teams
  • Organize and execute events and evening receptions
  • Solicit feedback and assist in surveying client experience
  • Compile daily, monthly and quarterly usage reports
  • Administrative tasks such as: invoice processing, scheduling maintenance service and ordering kitchen/ banquet/ office supplies
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required (hospitality, PR/ marketing, event management, non-profit, service industry, facilities management)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate sensitivity and tact
  • Precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-profile environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed
