URGENT NEED - SPED Instructional Assistant
Mon-Fri | 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
$22/hr | Weekly Pay
Duties:
o
Assist Teacher with instruction, behavior support, and IEP goals.
o
Tutor students individually/in groups (academics, social skills, daily living).
o
Monitor safe use of equipment and maintain student records.
o
Support students with lifting, mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene.
o
Transport students when needed.
o
Attend required trainings/workshops.
Knowledge/Skills:
o
Instructional methods, behavior management, program policies.
o
Time management, organization, performance monitoring.
o
Augmentative communication and basic computer/office equipment.
Abilities:
o
Communicate clearly, multitask, and work independently.
o
Operate AT/office equipment and perform physical tasks (reach, bend, lift).
