Job Description
We're looking
URGENTLY
for a reliable and hands-on individual to join our team as a Field Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site installations and basic maintenance of mini-servers at retail locations. These devices support cutting-edge AI technology that helps detect shoplifting in real-time.Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail store locations across the Mississippi area Introduce yourself to store staff and request access to the internet router Do port-forwarding and follow step-by-step instructions from a remote technician Contact CCTV provider if needed Submit a brief report after each visit
Requirements
Comfortable with basic tech setups (e.g., connecting to routers, following remote guidance) Knowledge in Network, IP and Port-Forwarding Have a car within the Mississippi area Professional and courteous when dealing with store personnel Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Must have
1099 independent contractor status
and be able to provide a completedW-9 form
Project Timeline
We are looking for someone available

in the Mississippi area.Schedule
Flexible hours, depending on store availability and technician's schedule.
