You must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for approximately 6-10 hours.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have at least 2 year experience in the restaurant industry for server position.

Must have or obtain Indiana Alcohol serving permit.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system, including Aloha POS or OpenTable if applicable. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Assist in food preparation as needed to support the kitchen team during busy periods. Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a server role within fine dining settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
