Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all retail customers. An ideal candidate will have experience with POS/retail sales and printing experience, good computer skills, and attitude to serve with a smile. One of our goals is to provide a positive and enjoyable work experience for our associates, so they can provide excellent service to our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers in a friendly manner; determine customer needs while looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.

Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and promote them to customers. Operate POS, Printing machines, Copiers, fax machines, and other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately. Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products (we provide training). Serve as public notary (we provide reimbursement for training, stamp) Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages and generating labels. Assist in merchandising the store, including - stocking shelves, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, etc. General housekeeping duties. Flexibility is expected to work various scheduled shifts - including weekends. Store hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-6:30, Sat 9-5, Sun 10-3.

Education and/or Experience:

Prior Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred Comfortable using computers highly desirable. Handling Print production / Graphic design is a big plus
