Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize displays effectively Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting Manage inventory levels through stocking and merchandising activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist with cashiering duties including basic math calculations and transaction processing Support supervising staff during busy periods or when needed Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone

Qualifications

Previous experience in THE UPS STORE retail sales Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and stock management Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform product demos effectively Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
