Position Title: Upper School Math Instructor

Job Summary




TMI invites applications for a full-time position as an

Upper School Math Instructor

. The role begins in August, 2026.


Essential Job Duties




Teach

five

total sections: 2 Advanced Placement Statistics, 2 Statistics, and 1 section to be determined.

Serve as an advisor to a small group of students.

Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Actively participate in and contribute to extracurricular activities, including athletics, residential life, or club programs, especially DECA and Stock Market Club.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Math, Education, or a related field; a focus or concentration in Math is preferred.

Open to candidates with various levels of teaching experience, from recent graduates to seasoned educators.

Required Expertise




Proficiency in a range of mathematical topics, particularly

Statistics.



Experience with innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development tailored to diverse learning styles.

Ability to integrate technology effectively in math instruction.

Skills in guiding students in critical thinking and problem-solving in mathematics.

Experience in assessing student progress with various methods and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
