: An entry level position with advancement opportunities requiring physical labor on job sites and travel within a 350 mile Nashville, TN radius. Job Compensation: Full-time, Hourly/Salary Job Conditions: Extreme heat or extreme cold Job Qualifications: To include, but not limited to:
- Listening Skills
- Communication Skills
- Integrity and Honesty
- Willingness to Learn on the Job
- Knowledge of the English Language
- OSHA 10 and PPE Preferred; Company will send to training, if needed
- Basic knowledge of tool handling required with heavy highway construction
- Job site housekeeping (i.e. material handling, tool and equipment maintenance and general labor)
- Driving company vehicles to and from job sites
- Performing general construction tasks (i.e. drilling holes, tightening bolts, applying epoxy)
- Obtaining information on the job (i.e. reading tape measure)
- Working as part of a team
