The Trempealeau County Health Care Center is seeking a Universal Worker for our mental health units on 2nd shift. Full-time positions are eligible for state benefits.

$17.10 - 18.12/hr (plus shift differential)

Responsibilities

Help with getting residents to different areas inside the building. Monitor resident behavior, and report to the nurse if changes occur. Documentation as required. Serves food/snacks and beverages as directed. Sterilizes living areas and equipment as directed. Assist activity staff with residents in leisure recreational activities.
Skills

Attentiveness to residents and changing behaviors. Provide quality customer service to visitors and volunteers. Directs visitors and answers telephone using established customer service skills.
