Unit Manager positions available for skilled nursing facilities located in the Bronx, NY
LTC & Subacute Unit Manager opportunities available
Salary Range: $90K to $115K per year (Depending on experience and the facility)
Qualifications:
Must have a New York RN license Must have long-term care/skilled nursing experience Must have managerial experience Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions. Monitoring resident health status and implementing necessary interventions Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget. Managing unit budget and resources and maintaining accurate documentation and records Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, as well as addressing staff concerns and resolving conflicts Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
