to join our team at our nursing home. As a Unit Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while leading a team of nursing professionals.Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate care delivery for residents on the unit. Manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies. Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, coordinating with physicians as needed. Foster a compassionate and positive environment for both residents and staff.
Unit Manager
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.
