RN/LPN Unit Manager

Pleasantview Care Center is looking for a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager to supervise day-to-day nursing operations and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care. If you're a natural leader with a heart for healthcare, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations Support and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance, safety, and satisfaction across your unit Be a mentor, motivator, and role model for your team

What You'll Need:

? Active Ohio LPN or RN license

? 1+ year of supervisory experience in a long-term care, or related healthcare setting

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

? A passion for people and a heart for healthcare
