Job Description

Unit Manager will manage a fast paced unit with high admission and discharge volume. Requires extreme organization, professional behavior, great clinical assessment skills and the ability to adapt quickly. Unit Manager will work directly with Interdisciplinary Team under the leadership of the Director of Nursing.

Must be proactive, a team player, as well as a complex thinker. Must have weekend and night availability as taking call is an unnegotiable requirement of this position.

Responsibilities include supervising other nurses/CNAs, assisting with admissions, chart audits, clinical systems checks, actively participating in the interdisciplinary team process...

PCC experience and long term care experience is a plus!

Salary: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
