Unit Manager - Rehab Unit

Location:

East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing

Schedule:

Full-Time | Day Shift | Flexible Shifts | Weekend Differentials

What You'll Do:

Lead by example as a skilled and compassionate nursing professional Oversee daily operations of the Rehab Unit to ensure high-quality care Assess resident needs, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans as appropriate Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff to promote teamwork and accountability Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, and regulatory standards Foster a safe, positive environment for both residents and staff

Qualifications:

Active

LPN or RN license

in the state of Georgia

1-3 years of experience in rehab, post-acute, or skilled nursing preferred

Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Ability to motivate, manage, and support a diverse team
