The Role: How You'll Make an Impact





As a Unit Manager, you are the heartbeat of your floor. You aren't just managing schedules; you are elevating the standard of care. Your day-to-day will include:


Clinical Leadership:

Overseeing the daily nursing operations of your unit to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Team Mentorship:

Leading, coaching, and inspiring a talented team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Resident Advocacy:

Serving as the primary point of contact for families and physicians, ensuring personalized care plans are followed and updated.

Quality Excellence:

Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering an environment of safety and dignity.

What We're Looking For




Licensure:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Experience:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.

Heart:

A genuine passion for geriatric care and a "people-first" leadership style.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
