Qualifications:
Must have a valid New Jersey RN license Must have prior nurse management experience Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience Must have excellent leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient condition. Collaborates with medical staff in care and treatment of patients. Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed. Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions. Maintain accurate accounting records. Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.
