MAJOR FUNCTION:
Perform all clerical and receptionist duties that are relevant to department. Responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of patient\'s medical records. Maintains necessary paper forms and supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• High school education or its equivalent.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Computer experience.
• Previous experience as unit clerk/nurse\'s aide preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Certified Health Unit Coordinator, preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to complete computer tasks.
