We are seeking a Alvaria Unified IP 7.4 M3 Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will act as an IVR Developer, responsible for designing and deploying interactive voice response (IVR) and call flow logic within the Aspect/Alvaria Unified IP 7.4 platform. Your work will directly shape customer experiences by building, scripting, and optimizing inbound flows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy complex inbound and outbound IVR call flows using M3 Designer tools within Unified IP 7.4.
Create campaign logic, routing strategies, and scripting modules to support call center operations.
Use Python and SQL to integrate Unified IP data flows and reporting with other systems (CRM, dashboards, etc.).
Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to gather requirements and translate them into efficient IVR logic.
Monitor and troubleshoot IVR behaviors, optimize logic for compliance and performance, and participate in version upgrades or platform tuning.
Utilize the built in data lookup tools within Unified IP to use for call routing logic
Create and maintain very detailed Visio and FSD's for future reference.
