Key responsibilities include reviewing and pricing renewals across multiple lines (property, liability, auto), selecting and quoting new business, and collaborating with agents, members, and LMCIT staff. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in multi-line underwriting, strong technical knowledge of insurance design and analysis, familiarity with self-insurance pools, and a solid understanding of commercial lines underwriting standards. The company offers a competitive base salary range of $65,000-$75,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and retirement plans.
