C&J Welding employees clean, maintenance, and repair coal mining systems such as transfer towers, surface conveyor systems, and underground conveyor systems. General :

Employees are responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on coal mining conveyor systems as well as conveyor system installations. This position will require a flexible schedule. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours to include weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Daily tasks may include:

Greasing rollers General Labor Roller change outs Support structure maintenance and repair Utilize hand and power tools Hosing to prevent coal/ material buildup. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional and workman-like manner Assist in other areas of the company and perform other duties as assigned Conduct all work activities in compliance with Federal and State coal mining laws and Company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

Must have valid driver license. High School Diploma or GED. Lift 75-100 pounds. Ability to pass background check, drug screen and fit to work assessment. Basic math skills, ability to read and understand tape measurements, effective communication. Works safely all the time.

Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience Performance based raises Health Insurance available
