Minimum Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of security supervision or site leadership experience
Must pass a
comprehensive background check
Valid
driver's license
and
reliable transportation
Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills
Ability to
coach, correct, and lead officers professionally
Strong understanding of
security operations, post orders, and incident response
Highly

authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all shift supervisors and officers
Ensure full
staffing coverage
through proactive scheduling and communication
Train, mentor, and onboard
new officers according to site protocols
Conduct
uniform and performance inspections
across all shifts
Review
daily activity reports, incident logs, and documentation
for accuracy
Address
attendance and performance issues
in alignment with company policy
Oversee
timekeeping and hours reporting
to ensure payroll accuracy
Conduct
routine site inspections
and
quality control audits
Respond to
emergencies and call-outs
to coordinate coverage
Participate in
leadership meetings
and communicate updates between officers and management
Maintain
confidentiality and professionalism
in all aspects of operations
