The Site Security Team provides security services with a continuous client. Hours range from part time to full time, all shifts available. Service is provided 7 days/week.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard, where your vigilance and proactive approach will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, and access control.

Duties

Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes effectively. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and access records for accountability and review. Perform routine patrols around the facility perimeter and interior areas to ensure safety protocols are upheld. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to monitor premises continuously.

Experience

Previous experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism at all times. Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and working collaboratively with team members and clients. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
